Lucas: Functions / Logistics Manager How long have you worked at Fabulous Finger Food? 2009 I was a waiter and kitchen hand; in 2011 I moved into the factory taking deliveries and organising outgoings for functions.

The fast paced energy of the place - it really keeps you motivated and creates such a positive attitude in all staff.

The staff - everyone is really friendly but importantly good at what they do. Anyone can make decent food but our attention to detail really puts us ahead of anyone else.

I'm a musician, so I love spending my time just playing and listening to music. I'm a huge Beatles fan and recently travelled to London and Liverpool to tour the history of this great band!
