Office staff: 10- Very helpful. Gave of their time. Answered our questions. Polite.

Function staff: 10- so friendly. They took such care of our guests. They made sure that I had something to eat (the bride) and knew I was vegetarian.

Quality of food: 10- the food was amazing. Based on your suggestions there was the perfect amount of food. We only had two small platters left. Guests said it was so tasty.

Overall service: 10- I was so happy with our experience. You were so well priced, good quality service and food and you made our night so special. Thank you!

Dear Andrew, Everything was great, Anissa arrived with time to spare, and was flexible, courteous, tidy and basically a very nice lady. Your office staff are very friendly and helpful, and were very willing to get information if they didn't know the answer. The food was very good, I didn't eat a lot but the feed back was positive! The pies and quiches were very popular. The gluten free platters were wonderful and full of variety. Overall a very good service and I have already started to recommend your company to family and friends, I will definitely hire you again if the opportunity arises.very much a 10/10 experience.

Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Everyone of my questions were answered and no one made me feel like I was being the "fussy bride" when I checked/changed things. All were very quick at getting back to any enquiries I had with a helpful and friendly manner.

Function staff: 10

All extremely helpful and friendly. Head waitress was a standout as she made sure she found bride and groom straight away to make sure we were happy. Staff went above and beyond what was expected by cutting up the cake for us and even putting some into the boxes. Head waitress organized this and asked if we would like to cut the cake so they had time to get it all done plus clean up ! This was extremely helpful.

Quality of food: 9

Only little niggle was the quality of the chicken on the satay sticks. They were still quite nice but expected more on them and more white chicken. All other food was very nice.

Overall service: 10

Extremely happy !

Would you recommend Fabulous Catering to your family/friends? Yes I would recommend.

Lots of guests commented on how nice the food was and how friendly and efficient the staff. Some guests took your cards and I would pass your details onto anyone that mentions they are having a function to me.

Overall myself and other guests were very impressed with the catering at our hens night party.

Office staff-10-they could not have been more helpful, I had to increase my guests the day before they were happy to help, etc

Quality of food-10, the food was delivered hot ready to eat, we felt there was so much food for our money and of a high standard, all was delicious and presented nicely, we had people asking us who our catering was through. The complimentary tray of macaroons was a nice touch.

To be honest, my wife was so grateful for your service. She is a critical person but she was highly praising of your staff and the way they worked as a team and as well the extra tasks they were given. From the start, your office staff were excellent right up to the two chefs. I didn't get any negative feed backs from my guests on the food other than high praising overall.

I actually emailed after our party to express how much we loved the food and service. When you are having a party it is really nerve-racking worrying about food (will there be enough, will it taste alright etc) but right from the start both the girls (I can't remember their names now) were friendly, efficient and professional - please pass that on to them. The staff on the night of the function were incredible! Everyone was so happy with the girls, no one complained that they were rude or hard to deal with. They were polite and courteous to everyone and made sure that everyone was looked after and fed. After a small request to ensure that our bridal party were looked after no matter what, they always sought us out with the food first, fresh, hot when necessary and overall delicious. We’re so happy that we made the trek to sample the food and even though there were things we had not tried or that we changed at the last minute, everything was great. The few things that were left over reheated later that night and proved a hit to contain those late night munchies.

I would without hesitation recommend Fabulous Catering to everyone, for the price compared to competitors you offer a greater selection, are happy to negotiate and change ingredients if necessary, and offer fantastic function service. You are the total package.

The food REALLY was  fabulous and the staff (Bonnie, Tom and the girl who was on a trial) did a great job preparing, presenting and serving the food. Not only that they were all friendly, efficient and most obliging.

At the end of the service my kitchen was left spotless and all rubbish taken.

All of this allowed me to feel completely relaxed and able to enjoy the function along with our guests many of whom commented on the food and asked about the caterers.

My dealings with you right from the initial contact, the tasting you arranged, our various emails exchanged leading up to the function have all been handled promptly and professionally.

It has been a most positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending or using you again in the future.

I am not a person that would normally send feedback to businesses as there is normally and expectation of service for the money paid but I feel that I needed to after the weekend.

We would like to thank you and your team, especially Dale, the supervisor for the evening, for helping to make my husbands 60th birthday celebration such a wonderful night on 15th January 2011 It is a night that my family will remember always, - fabulous food, a magnificent band and great friends

Your team travelled to Leopold, near Geelong bringing with them all the equipment needed to provide a sit down. plated meal for our 46 guests. The fact that they could use my standard kitchen along with all the equipment that they bought with them to serve such a magnificent meal was amazing.

The food was a huge success with our guests, who all raved about the quality and quantity of both the mignon steak and chicken fillet. served to them The finger food served before the meal was also beautifully presented and enjoyed by all and sweets of pavlova and cheesecake was also great

The best part for myself was not having to worry about the food or cleaning up after the party, when I entered my kitchen as your team was leaving it was very clean and no dishes to worry about later.......fabulous for the party host.

The girls were great, moving unobtrusively amongst our guests, delivering food and removing dirty plates while looking very professionally in their black uniforms - very well presented

We will certainly use your team again for future celebrations at our home.

Apologies for not replying to your email earlier, things were a little busy here this morning.

I’m glad your team won yesterday....there is still that glimmer of hope Melbourne can reach the final 8, as long as it’s not at Carlton’s expense!! They are playing a brand of exciting footy at the moment, and will cause a few headaches to some of the other teams also trying to make it into the finals.

As far as Saturday night went, well, what a great night was had by all !! Some of the Partners were still coming up to me late this morning raving about the fantastic food, wine and service. The Managing Partner thanked me again this morning for such a wonderful night.

The staff you provided on the night were simply fantastic – Jenny and Adam did a great job in the kitchen and were extremely self sufficient. It was clearly evident that a lot of thought went into preparing for the night, judging by all the equipment, trestle tables and tools brought in, in order to make sure “no stone was unturned.” The food that was served to our guests was nothing short of restaurant quality. They didn’t stop all night and are a credit to your company. Georgia, Jazmyn and Chris were extremely professional and polished, and were on their feet all night. They seemed to enjoy the evening as much as our guests and this was a reflection of how relaxed and happy everybody seemed to be.

Thank you again for all of your help in making this evening a memorable one. It was extremely important to me that the evening would turn out a success, and this was made a lot simpler by your wonderful staff.

My apologies for the late reply – I have been on annual leave.

I was really impressed and very happy with the manner in which our function was ran.  The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.  I was particularly impressed with the man (please forgive me, I have forgotten his name!) that cooked the meat and also got to Jells Park at 9am so we could get the pergola!  I am sure that had he not have done this, I would have been quite stressed!

Everything was so well organised that I was concerned that I had forgotten something as I have never before organised a function with such ease!

Just a note to let you know that our function went off brilliantly on Saturday night, despite the rain. Its success was due in no small part – in fact, a very large part – to the delicious food that Fabulous Fingerfood supplied and the wonderful efforts of your employees, Despina and Megan who worked so hard all evening to make sure the food kept coming. It was beautifully presented, hot when necessary and, most importantly, there was plenty of it, each dish as tasty as the one before.

Our guests were mightily impressed.

The barman, Hardy, also did a good job, making sure that everything went smoothly in his area. But I do want to single out Despina and Megan for a special thank-you. They were great and we’d appreciate your passing our sincere thanks on to them. Megan had to come in and out of the house many times, passing through a small area  not undercover, but she did so cheerfully and with good grace, an excellent effort on such a wet night. They certainly did Fabulous Fingerfoods proud.

I’ll definitely recommend your Company to anyone who’s interested.

Now that our house sale is finalised, Ken and I both wanted to let you all know how pleased we were with the catering for our ‘house leaving party’.

As you will recall, the food demonstration introduced us to some new food options and we were very pleased with the food selections & quality on the day.

Hi Adam,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to give you some feedback about the function and staff today, which was an overall success.

Firstly thank you for fitting our function in at such short notice, much appreciated.  I wasn't sure how the whole walking around the call centre would go however it went surprisingly well without too much impact.

A credit to your staff for working well with the environment and improvising, they definitely lived up to the company name of 'Fabulous'. They all arrived just before 10.30 which was great and set up was no hassle.
Caroline was fantastic and friendly infact the others Michael, Hardy and Anis(sorry don't know spelling) were all personable, professional and productive.  They were warm and cooperative along with fun and flexible to work with.  Well done and cheers to them.  Staff here also commented on how friendly and polite they were.

The quality of the food was great and all enjoyed.  That's right the quality of food and service was that good that I will definitely be recommending Fabulous Finger Food in future here.   A couple of people asked for business card for which Caroline gave me.

You can be proud that your company has serviced yet another successful function.

Also payment request is sitting with Sydney office as we speak and should be in progress so hopefully you should receive shortly.  Please let me know if it hasn't after a couple weeks and I will chase up.

I just wanted to say thanks for the great job your company did for my 50th birthday party on April 5th.  Andrea and her team did everything your website promised.  They even kept trying to feed me, realizing that I was too excited to eat without prompting.  Lots of people commented on the food and the service and several asked me for contact details for the future. 

I only decided to have a party about two weeks beforehand and probably would have dropped the whole idea if you hadn't made it so easy.  In the end, we had about 140 guests and I was able to enjoy myself without having to worry about a thing.  We will definitely be in touch in the future and will be recommending you to friends and for work functions.

I would like to sincerely Thank You for the very Professional & Courteous way you provided the Staff and Catering requirements for my recent 60th Birthday Celebration. Having chosen my menu items almost entirely from your new Gourmet Selection, and being the first to do so, I was a little apprehensive as to whether I had made the right choice. What can I say – IT FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTAIONS! It was magnificent, beautifully presented and every bit as delicious as promised.

A big Thanks from my guest who has celiac disease – your specialty catering for her needs was amazing and very tasty. She enjoyed each and every item and was delighted that for once, she did not have to bring her own food to a party.

Adam and the Wait & Bar Staff worked very professionally. They were very courteous, well groomed and moved about very unobtrusively. I especially noticed they went out of their way to make sure that my elderly and disabled Guests did not go without.

Also thank you Geraldine, putting everything together from your Office. Everything we spoke about came to fruition and you made me feel nothing was too much trouble.

As people left the party, I received compliment after compliment on the quality and quantity of the food and how good the staff were. I handed on many of your business cards.

I will most certainly be using you again, and would be more than happy to personally recommend you for any function.

I just wanted to thank you and Fabulous Finger Food for the platters you delivered on Saturday for our exhibition opening.

The food was really fresh and good, and our guests were very happy. The platters were easy to hand around and I think overall it helped to make our event a complete success.

As agreed, our Director Professor David Hill thanked Fabulous Finger Food for the catering during his speeches. We were also happy to hand out your fridge magnets and cards and we displayed an A4 sign acknowledging you.

Thankyou, we had a lovely 21st birthday function last Friday night.
Everyone commented on the wonderful food. It was tasty, wholesome, perfectly presented and served.
Your rates were very fair and everything we discussed happened like clockwork.
I found you on the internet and got a very prompt quote. I appreciated having the option to modify the menu order even after payment and even within a few days of the function. It was a great relief to me to have you at the helm and my husband & I enjoyed our daughter’s party all the more, because we didn’t have any stress.

Just a short note to say thank-you very much for your efficiant service
that you provided to me for my sons 18th Birthday party Everything went
according to plan, i.e. food delivered on time and boxes collected with when
you said they were. But a special mention goes towards Lauren who attended
the evening to cook the food. She was a very competant, cheerful and helpful young lady and
volunteered to stay longer (without pay!) if we needed her to. I was so impressed
that I really wanted you to know. I will without no hesitation be recommending your
business to my friends.

Dear Geraldine and the team at Fabulous Finger Food,

We held our annual Trivia night on Saturday night and it was a great success.
With a lot of organising to do it was a wonderful relief to not have to worry about the catering. Your company took ALL the stress out of preparing the food.

The delivery was on time and delivered by the friendliest delivery man I have dealt with in a long time, along with the lovely man who picked up the boxes on Sunday morning.

Everything we needed was in the boxes. It was very kind of you to include extra serving trays. I didn’t have to worry about looking for more trays. The food was delicious and we had lots of comments on how fresh and tasty it was.

I wish everything were so easy!

Just a note to say thank you for the great catering at our Daughter's 18th on Saturday night.

Delivery was on time and went smoothly with everything packed well and ready for the catering staff.

In the evening the food was classy and hot and your staff did a great job heating and serving all evening. They liaised with us if they weren't sure of something and coordinated the food around speeches etc. Could we make special mention of Effie as our Barperson. She was fantastic and went over and above her role and continued to supply what food was left after the catering staff left as well as continuing to serve at the Bar.

All equipment was left ready to go and clean before your staff left.

From my first email your response was prompt, informative and in-tune with my requirements.

On the night your staff were friendly and professional and the more than ample food was great.

Most of all the extra staff person(Jitka) we requested to manage the bar went beyond expections by not only pouring drinks on request but also checking with guests and even mixing new concoctions to create extra entertainment!!!

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to you for a fabulous birthday night on Saturday. The food was lovely, and whilst there was lots of it, there wasn't too much left over at the end of the evening. The girls, Lib and Michelle, were fantastic and really made sure that each and every guest (and myself) had access to all the food on offer.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and Fabulous Finger Food for making our party on Saturday night a stress free success. Your staff was not only very friendly and accommodating but also very, very professional, they arrived on time and slotted into their positions and off we went. The food was delicious, there was plenty of it and no one complained of missing out (which we have found at a couple of functions that we have been to in the past year). I did have quite a few people asking who we used for the evening and they said that if they ever have a function they would definitely use Fabulous finger food as will we if we hold a function again.

We had a wonderful time and I believe a lot of it was due to the fact that we didn’t have to stress over catering for the function and also due to the fact that we weren’t running around ensuring our guests had a drink, when they walked in we pointed them to the bar and off they went.

Once again thank you very much for making the night such a success.

Just writing to say what a good job you did with the food for my 50th birthday. Lots of people commented on how tasty it was and my kitchen hands (children) found it very easy to cook and serve. The instructions were clear and it was great having everything needed just dropped on your doorstep, particularly as there were still lots of other little things to chase up. It was especially handy not having to refrigerate the food, as fridge space was at a premium for other things.

A number of people have taken brochures for future reference. Once again thank you for making my night run so smoothly

The Fabulous Fingerfood catering staff were excellent.  Right from arriving on time, friendly, efficient, polite, helpful and not at all intrusive when serving the guests.  The canapes received great compliments from my guests, the staff cooked them to perfection - they were absolutely delicious.  I have no hesitation in highly recommending Fabulous Fingerfood to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly caterer who really does deliver Fabulous Fingerfood. Eastern Disability Access Resource

EDAR (Eastern Disability Access Resource) is an organization which provides day program services for adults with an intellectual disability. They are funded by the Department of Human Services. EDAR is a non-profit community based organisation that offers a broad range of programs and oportunities designed to meet the expressed needs of adults with an intellectual disabiity, in order to enhance their independence and maximise their quality of life. There are four EDAR centers across eastern Melbourne.

EDAR required catering to their function of an arts exhibition night. The members of EDAR had created some art pieces, and the night was to display all of their talents, and offer the pieces for sale also. The night also acted as a good awareness and social night as well for the community of EDAR and its members.

The evening hosted up to 70 people and catering was provided with staff for the event to run as smoothly as possible for EDAR. Fabulous Fingerfood provided not only Hot fingerfood products, but also an assortment of Dessert Packages, and Fruit Platters along with some cheese platters. Fabulous Fingerfood being the very flexible catering choice that we are, provided EDAR with a customized solution to their needs as there was many guests arriving on the night with special dietary requirements that needed to be considered. Customized fingerfood packages were created to suit the event and so were the dessert packages.
